MODERATION

RULES OF THE ROOM.

WE ALLOW
  • — Personal experience reports (cycles, doses, outcomes)
  • — Bloodwork and lab data (redacted or not, your call)
  • — Protocol critique, revision, and debate
  • — Adverse event reporting
  • — Direct, adult, unhedged language
WE REMOVE
  • — Anonymous supplier shilling / affiliate spam
  • — Medical advice directed at a specific user
  • — Diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment claims
  • — Pharma astroturf and marketing accounts
  • — Personal attacks, doxxing, harassment

Moderation is handled by Mortensen Medical staff and trusted PMA members. Strikes are public. Bans are permanent. We'd rather have 500 serious people than 50,000 lurkers arguing in circles.

Forum goes live alongside the PMA portal. Join the Private Membership Association now to get first-wave access, seat at channel founding, and Sherpa AI beta.

// NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

The Kult is a private, moderated discussion forum operated by Mortensen Medical. Nothing posted by members, moderators, or staff constitutes medical advice. Protocol discussion is for research, documentation, and information-sharing among adults. Always work with a licensed physician inside an established clinical relationship before starting, stopping, or modifying any protocol. Data shared in the forum with consent may feed the IRB PPRN-001-2025 registry in aggregate, anonymous form only.
