Institutional Review Board oversight for the public research registry. Anyone can submit anonymous protocol outcomes and adverse events. Governed by federal human-subjects research law.
What it does: captures data for aggregate, published research. Open, transparent, regulated.
MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION
A private association of consenting adults sharing information among themselves. Operates under 1st Amendment freedom of assembly, not under public-commerce rules.
What it does: member-to-member information sharing, forum posting, WhatsApp + Telegram channels, Sherpa AI access.
You can participate in the IRB registry without being a PMA member. You must be a PMA member to post in the forum, use the Sherpa AI, or access the WhatsApp/Telegram channels.
WHAT YOU GET.
Start threads, reply, upload bloodwork in The Kult forum. Public lurkers read, PMA members contribute.
Member-only WhatsApp channel. Broadcast updates, Sherpa drops, protocol revisions. Invite link sent after approval.
Member-only Telegram group for real-time conversation. Topic-threaded. Higher-signal than any public Discord.

WHY PMA.
A Private Membership Association is a constitutional-law construct rooted in the 1st Amendment's freedom of assembly. Inside a PMA, consenting adults share information, skills, and experience with each other privately — outside the public marketplace.
- NOT A PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. Membership does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Mortensen or any affiliated clinician. No diagnosis. No prescribing. No treatment.
- NOT PUBLIC COMMERCE. PMA activity is not a public offering, product, or service. No sales happen inside the PMA. Commerce, if any, is outbound referral to the partner entities (peptide.buzz, peptidepure.com, cockroachdiet.com).
- PEER INFORMATION ONLY. What members share with each other is peer information — experience, data, questions — not professional advice.
- CONSENT & PRIVACY. Membership is by written application and acceptance. Member rosters are private. Communications are member-internal.
The PMA is operated by Mortensen Medical. It is separate from the 501(c)(3) donation flow, separate from the public IRB registry, and separate from the partner commerce entities. One human can participate in all four — registry, PMA, donate, shop — but each is a distinct legal action.
REQUEST MEMBERSHIP.
We review every application. Serious adults, researchers, patients, clinicians, and operators welcome. We decline bots, resellers, pharma reps, and anyone looking for a treatment relationship. Review takes 3–5 days. If approved, you'll get a WhatsApp and Telegram invite by email.
PMA membership does not create a doctor-patient relationship. No clinician on this site — including Dr. Mortensen — treats, diagnoses, or prescribes through the PMA, the forum, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other channel. All clinical care must be established separately, in person, under a licensed clinician in your jurisdiction.
